What started as an opportunity to turn a passion into a profession grew into a decade of planning celebrations, bringing people together and creating experiences worth remembering.

Essential Wedding Management is designed for couples who have organized their own wedding and want a professional to oversee the important details on the day. We'll meet in advance to review your plans, confirm the timeline and understand exactly what needs to happen so everything runs smoothly.

One pre-wedding planning meeting, typically one to two weeks before your wedding
Review of your wedding day timeline, floor plan and vendor deliverables
Text communication following booking
Up to five hours of on-site wedding day coordination
Coordination of agreed-upon wedding day details and activities
Additional hours and services can be arranged. Final arrival time and scope of coordination will be determined together.

Our Complete Wedding Coordination package begins approximately four weeks before your wedding. We'll step in to review your plans, connect with vendors, finalize outstanding details and build a comprehensive wedding day timeline. On the day itself, we'll oversee set-up, manage logistics and coordinate the moving pieces so you can be fully present.
